Last updated June 24, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using AptProxy. It exists to keep our network, our users, and third parties safe. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

1. General Principles

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of the websites and services you access through our proxies.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Any illegal activity, or activity that facilitates illegal acts.
  • Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; network intrusion, port scanning, or vulnerability exploitation without permission.
  • Credential stuffing, brute-forcing, or attacks against systems you do not own or are not authorized to test.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, phishing pages, or other malicious code.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or operating in violation of anti-spam laws.
  • Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or any activity that degrades or disrupts networks or services.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), human trafficking, or any content that exploits or harms minors.
  • Fraud, carding, identity theft, or money laundering.
  • Infringing intellectual property or misappropriating confidential information.

3. Respect Third-Party Terms

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and robots/automation rules of any website or platform you access. We do not endorse circumventing protections in violation of applicable law.

4. Fair Use

Excessive use that destabilizes the network or the upstream providers’ infrastructure may be rate-limited or suspended. Plan limits and traffic allocations are described at purchase.

5. No Unauthorized Resale

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute proxy access without our prior written authorization.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@aptproxy.com with relevant logs and timestamps. We investigate all credible reports.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspension, or termination. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. No refund is provided for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
