Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using AptProxy you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aptproxy.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. The Services

AptProxy resells residential, ISP, datacenter, and mobile proxy access sourced from upstream providers. Proxy credentials (IP, port, username, password) are delivered to your dashboard after a successful purchase. Specifications such as IP pool size, locations, and rotation behavior are described on the relevant product pages and may change over time.

4. Wallet, Pricing & Payments

• Purchases are funded from your account wallet or paid directly by card via our payment processor, Stripe.
• Prices are shown in USD and are calculated server-side at the time of purchase; the amount charged is the amount displayed at checkout.
• Wallet balance is a prepaid credit for purchasing Services and is not a deposit account, does not earn interest, and is not redeemable for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts you approve, including auto-renewals you enable.

5. Provisioning & Delivery

Most proxies are provisioned automatically and appear in your dashboard within minutes. Some orders may show a pending state while the upstream provider allocates resources; these resolve automatically. If provisioning fails, the charge is reversed to your wallet.

6. Auto-Renewal

Where you enable auto-renew, eligible proxies will be renewed before expiry and the corresponding amount deducted from your wallet. You may disable auto-renew at any time from the order details page. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient wallet balance for renewals you have enabled.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Services depend on upstream providers and third-party networks that are outside our control. Scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance may occur.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or to protect the Services, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion from your settings.

10. Intellectual Property

The AptProxy name, logo, website, and dashboard are owned by AptProxy and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AptProxy’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AptProxy harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
